Q. I started smoking again it is really p***** me off as it tastes disgusting and I feel like s**t afterwards however my self control is zero and the more it annoys me the more I smoke!
A. Smoking is what we use to suppress feelings, sometimes good feeling sometimes not so good feelings. Keep a journal of why and when you smoke, you will see patterns arise this will help you become aware and understand the various forms of sabotage you use, this awareness automatically brings change.
